The WING Summit for 2020 will focus on Inclusive Leadership and the link to unlocking innovation as its main theme. The summit will bring together business leaders from a range of sectors to expand the discussion of diversity and inclusion, and explore how kindness in leadership empowers others and promotes productivity in a constant changing workforce market.
Our events bring together a community of world leaders from all fields. Issues of social development, human rights and women’s rights are brought back to the core of businesses. The WING Summit is looking at building on a forum where we inspire our next generation, and discuss topics which are impeding a truly diverse and inclusive workforce. The programme for 2020 is to further the awareness of inclusive leadership. We aim at attracting a greater representation of senior management together with more selected group of high tier students from Universities. For our 2020 programme, we aim to increase our senior management audience to a 80-20 student ration. We will be introducing a more interactive approach to include smaller group breakouts. We want to bring a vibrant discussion on inclusion through longer and more in-depth discussions. The WING Summit and Awards are committed in building a platform to new, diverse and hidden talents through discussion and recognition. “THE WINGS Summit and Awards was indeed a breath of fresh air with the young dynamism in the room, the interaction with the youth themselves in discussing development agendas that will spark their future while meeting some of the most inspiring people doing amazing work around the world. I congratulate Claudia and Ellen for putting together an amazing event which I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of and look forward to our continued engagements over the coming years empowering women and girls around the world.”

''A truly inspiring day and evening where youth, experts, entrepreneurs, founders and organizations were sharing their experiences and their struggle for a better world.
The evenings prize award ceremony was seeing new stars being born, but also recognizing the struggle of the stars who have been working for the same cause for many, many years.
Plan International were among the fortunately organizations who had the opportunity to award one of these raising stars and it was a very strong experience both for us but also for the entrepreneur who are making a real big difference.''
