The WING Summit and Awards programme is the first event portfolio under Raices, which discusses the root issues to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We believe that if all of the millions of girls and boys have access to education only then will be able to really have a diverse workforce. 2019 saw the inauguration of the WING summit and awards in Stockholm. Raices, through its membership programme, sponsors the education of children in Jinja Uganda. As a company we believe in investing back into communities. Raices, is working with schools in Jinja - Uganda, supporting the education of children who would otherwise be unable to attend. We aim to continue expanding on our portfolio of grass root projects.
Our vision is to include our youth into these discussions, and ensure that they are participants in a bid to inspire and empower them. The breakdown of barriers happens when we create a culture of true role-models.

''A truly inspiring day and evening where youth, experts, entrepreneurs, founders and organisations were sharing their experiences and their struggle for a better world.
The evenings prize award ceremony was seeing new stars being born, but also recognising the struggle of the stars who have been working for the same cause for many, many years.
Plan International were among the fortunately organisations who had the opportunity to award one of these raising stars and it was a very strong experience both for us but also for the entrepreneur who are making a real big difference.''
